Israel-The second week of the Iran war began with a restrike against Iranian nuclear research institutions near Isfahan.
Talks held in Geneva between European foreign ministers and top Iranian diplomats failed to make a breakthrough. U.S. President Donald Trump continues to weigh the country’s military involvement as people are dissatisfied with the potential strike of Iran’s nuclear reactor.
Still, European officials expressed hope for future negotiations. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said he was willing to hold further dialogue but stressed that Tehran was not interested in negotiations as Israel continued its offensive.

The nationwide Internet closure has been shut down for several days, isolating Iranians.
Iran cites concerns about Israeli cyber attacks to shut down mobile and web services. But many Iranians and activists see it as another example of state information control and targeting the internet shutdown, the Islamic Republic deployed the Islamic Republic during protests and turmoil.

UN refugee agency demands downgrade
UNHCR said on Saturday the intensity of the attack has sparked a population movement in Israel and Iran: Some people in Tehran and other parts of Iran have crossed neighboring countries, while shelling has allowed Israeli people to seek shelter elsewhere in Israel, in some cases, abroad.
The agency urges the states in the region to respect people’s right to seek security and promote humanitarian access when needed.
“The region has endured a share of war, losses and displacement, and we cannot allow another refugee crisis to take root,” said UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi. “The time for downgrades is now. Once people are forced to flee, they won’t go back anytime soon – and the consequences often last for generations.”

Tehran vows to make Grossi “pay”
A senior adviser to Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei swore in a social media post Saturday that the head of the IAEA would “pay” once the war with Israel ended.
Ali Larijani’s threat is because the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director-General Rafael Mariano Grossi became the main target of many Iranian officials, who said his contradictory statements about the status of Iran’s nuclear program incited a surprise attack last week.
Grossi told the UN Security Council on Friday that although Iran has the materials to build the nuclear bomb, it seems they have no plans.
