It raided 18 real estate-related locations, Panmasala Group and Kota in Jaipur
In a major crackdown, the income tax department raided Tuesday at 18 locations related to real estate and Pan Masala operations in Jaipur and Kodak.
ANI reported that nearly 150 officials and staff were deployed in the large-scale operation.
Officials said the move started after complaints about tax evasion, large cash transactions, undeclared income and the use of fake documents. Sources told ANI that investigators suspected the attack could lead to the recovery of “large amounts of cash, Benami property and hidden assets.”

Among the people under the scanner, the Jaipur-based High Fly Real Estate Group is searching for eight places. Officials said the group was suspected of “property transactions and large-scale cash transactions using black money.”
The IT team also searched three locations in Kota related to Siddheshwar Gums (Signature Pan Masala), which reportedly faced charges of irregular financial records and tax evasion.
In addition, six properties related to Gokul Kripa Group (BRB developer, Jaipur) were raided for undeclared revenue and suspicious property transactions. The search began in the morning and is expected to continue until late into the night, ANI sources said. The team is reportedly scanning for “documents, computer systems and digital records” at all sites.

Officials revealed that the business groups have been on the radar of the department for several months, with the real estate sector being tagged as “Benami transactions, black money transactions and complex financial stratification to mask unannounced wealth.”
The income tax department has not issued an official statement yet. After the search is completed, details of seizures and recovery may be disclosed.
At the same time, these raids have caused uneasiness in the business community in Jaipur and Kota, especially among those associated with the target company.
