Kramer and Russell announced their engagement six months after they began dating in May 2023. In November of the same year, the couple welcomed their first child, a son named Rome, and got married in July 2024. Kramer also shared two children with ex-husband Mike Caussin: Jolie, 9, and Jace, 6.
