Jessica Bill’s Fitness Tour: Her Yoga, Diet and Exercise Programs

Bill told Women’s health In April 2018, after struggling in her 20s, she discovered that yoga was her first choice exercise and never looked back.
“I’m looking for my identity and who I am,” she told the magazine. “Yoga becomes a space where I can really go back to myself and my spirituality.”
With married actress Justin Timberlakenoted that her best advice on staying healthy should not be too difficult for herself.

Basics of “boring”

When asked about her secret to staying healthy, Bill told Elle June 2011, “For me, sleeping enough water, drinking plenty of water, eating a healthy diet and staying away from alcohol is essential. I know it’s boring, but doing these things really helps.”
Yoga brings her happiness

Friend system
