Former Bachelor Kaitlyn Bristowe Thanks to her loved one for her unremitting support among her stepfather RobThe cancer war.
“Trying to stop crying on social media anymore, but I’m heading to Nashville’s third flight to Nashville, crying to my pretzels,” Bristowe, 40, wrote on her Instagram story Saturday, August 30.
Bristowe revealed a few hours ago that Rob married his mom Lesliewas diagnosed with “incurable stage IV cancer”.
“About 8 months ago, I asked everyone to pray for my stepfather, Rob. I didn’t say why, but he was diagnosed with cancer and he was undergoing surgery to remove it,” she captioned a lengthy Instagram post. “Your prayer worked, they’ve got it all. Then he went back for a follow-up scan and went into his stomach 😭 He is now battling the incurable stage 4 cancer. We were all destroyed. ”
She continued: “I do believe he will beat Timeline because he is a stubborn strong warrior with a passion for life. But I do believe in the power of prayer, expressiveness and love. So, send it all the way. He means the world to me and our mixed family.”
Bristowe further revealed that she recently went to Canada to spend “a few days” with her relatives.
“In the past few days, it’s really special to spend cards, eat home-cooked meals, tell each other how much we cherish our family relationships,” she concluded. “Time is so precious.”
Bristowe titled her upload “Pray Please,” and she received many in the comments section.
