LAPD IDS man allegedly shooting drivers, they lash out at crowds

Detectives are seeking help from the public to find a man who allegedly shot and killed a driver of a car last month in a group outside an East Hollywood nightclub.
The alleged shooter was identified as Efrain Villalobos, 28, of Lawndale.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Villalobos is described as 5 feet 10, about 160 pounds. His head was shaved, brown eyes and gauges.
Detectives are seeking public assistance to arrest suspicious shooters of Efrain Villalobos in Lawndale.

Police said he had multiple tattoos on his forearm, including his last name “Villalobos.” The word “unrespected” on his inner arm, and the “mibala” on his left arm.
Authorities say Villalobos should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him is advised to call 911. Tips can also be submitted online at lapdonline.org.
Dozens of people were injured after a vehicle was gathered in a crowd outside a nightclub in Hollywood, Vermont on July 19.
Police said the car stopped when it hit multiple food carts.
People around him pulled Fernando Ramirez, 29, out of his car and began attacking him. Authorities say a man identified as Villalobos pulled out his gun and allegedly shot Ramirez before fleeing the scene.
Ramirez is charged with 37 counts of attempted murder and assault and with a fatal weapon in the crash. Authorities said he was driven out of Hollywood, Vermont early on July 19 but returned around 2 a.m. — something police called “compact Nissan sedan” by police was allegedly trapped in a bunch of revelers, street vendors and pedestrians.
