Marcos orders Primewater detection

President Ferdinand R. Marcos, the President's Palace said Wednesday

“People's demand for clean and adequate water supply should not only be seen as a business opportunity – citizens' needs must be paid attention to. The President will order an investigation into the matter,” the President's Office of Communications said in a news briefing.
