Mone and Barrowman maps new starts in Miami in ongoing PPE probes

They are reportedly planning a new life in Miami, with Michelle Mone and her husband Doug Barrowman selling their UK property and shrinking their presence in the UK.

The couple is at the center of an ongoing Superior Court case in the controversial PPE contract during the 199 pandemic – in recent months, the couple has faced some high-profile assets, which has intensified speculation that they are preparing to relocate to Florida.

In the disposal, there are two large townhouses in the Glasgow Park Circus area that have been reportedly for sale or for sale by celebrity friends. It is understood that one buyer is photographer Nick Haddow, who is known for taking many promotional images of Mone. The other is the famous Scottish musician.

They also sold a company owned by Mone’s son Declan, their £19 million townhouse owned company in London, and its luxury yacht M Lady M, which went public for £6.8 million.

Sources close to the couple told The Post Sunday they are seeking a “new starting point” in Miami, although neither Moon nor Barromain commented publicly on speculation.

The reported move comes after a turbulent time, the couple suffered rigorous scrutiny in their ties to PPE Medpro, the heart of a £203 million government contract the company awarded during the pandemic.

Barrowman, who led the company, was able to visit what the government called “VIP Lane” for quick track PPE procurement after the Baroness’s recommendation. The couple denies any misconduct, but the National Crime Agency has frozen £75 million in assets since part of the investigation.

The High Court is currently considering civil cases filed by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) against the PPE MEDPRO contract. Mone and Barrowman remained innocence throughout the process and said they were confident of clearing their names.

Although London’s legal process continues, reports show that the couple is eager to start over in the United States, far from the glare and growing political influence of the British media. Their luxury lifestyle (formerly characterized by luxurious gatherings, superyachts and high-profile business risks) now seems to be transitioning.

For Mone, once celebrated as a homemade lingerie tycoon and conservative companion, the potential deviation from Britain marked a stunning turnaround and raised further questions about the future of its political and commercial legacy.
