Mykayla Skinner defends Simone Biles Trans athlete hated Riley Gaines

Biles, 28, publicly condemned conservative political activist and Outkicker commentator Gaines, 25, for phobia comments. Gaines is a highly competitive swimmer who republished X positions in the Minnesota High School League about their softball championship wins.

The bile fired backwards, calling on Gaines to deliberately misidentify the athlete.

“@riley_gaines_You’re really sick, it’s all because you lost a game. A straight sore loser,” Beers wrote later that day. “You should make the trans community elevated and possibly find a way to make the movement inclusive or create new avenues [people] Feel safe during exercise. Maybe it’s the transgender category in all sports! ! ”

She added: “But…you bullied them…one thing is certain that no one is safe for you in sports!!!”

Gaines responded that she found the gold medalist’s comments “disappointing.”

“It’s not my job or any woman’s job, figure out how to incorporate men into our space,” Gaines replied. “You can steal championships in women’s sports with your platform. Men don’t belong in women’s sports, I’m talking about my breasts.”

“I have always believed that competitive equity and inclusion are essential in sports. The current system cannot adequately balance these important principles, which often lead to frustration and intense communication, which is useless for me to get personal with Riley, and I apologize for that.”

Meanwhile, Skinner believes that Biles uses her social media platform to “bully and devalue” Gaines’ alternative views.

“This is one thing that doesn’t agree. “No one should be punished for fairness and biological reality. We should lift each other – don’t tear each other up just because of saying hard truth. ”

“I endured Simone being demeaned, fired and excluded throughout my own career,” Skinner said. “The pressure to stay silent is enormous. I remain silent about the sport, the ideal of unity between my teammates and the athletes. But witnessing this public humiliation, especially from influencers, makes this silence no longer acceptable.”
