Trey Hendrickson had to stay in Cincinnati, but it seemed that the Bengali were forcing him to leave the door.
Last season, Edge Rusher led the NFL in the sack and was recently critical of his organization, but his stern statement on Monday gave a peek behind the scenes.
Back in March, Bengali people allowed Hendrickson to seek a deal – last month, he said their exchanges were “poor”.

Communication has obviously stopped, Hendrickson said.
“There is no communication between my camp and the draft postal bill for the organization,” Hendrickson said in a statement.
“The quotes before the draft do not reflect the vision we share if I continue to play at a high level.

Hendrickson has finished each season with 17.5 sacks over the past two seasons. He entered the final year of his contract.
“We don't want to get the highest salary, or line up first, first,” Hendrickson said last month. “I won't go into all the details in detail, but, what I'm willing to do, and whether or not. I don't think I want to work on incentives that I can't control. I want to play in a short-term contract (I don't want to be here). You know?”
Hendrickson, who was 30 in December, has been working in Cincinnati since 2021, is definitely a steal for them. He has been with New Orleans Saints But the numbers weren't raised until his last season, recording a career-high at 13.5 sacks after just 6.5 seasons in his first three NFL seasons.

Since the Bengals acquired him, he has posted at least 14 sacks in three of his four seasons. He also makes a Pro Bowl for the Bangladeans every season.
