Euro Pratik Sales IPO Last Day: Subscribed 0.81 times so far

According to NSE, the initial public offering (IPO) sold by Euro Pratik was bid on the last day of Thursday, with the issue subscribed to 0.81 times as of 11 a.m. To date, investors have bid for 108 million shares.

EURO PRATIK Sales IPO Subscription Status:

Non-institutional Investors (NIIS) led the demand, subscribing to 1.35 times the quota they allocated. Retail Individual Investors (RII) subscribed 0.87 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) bid only 0.26 times their share.
From an absolute standpoint, QIBS bids 1.014 million shares with 3.829 million shares, NIIS shares, with a selling price of 3.875 million shares, 28.71 million shares, 580.22 million shares and 6.7 million shares of RII and RII.

Question details:

The IPO includes 183 million shares and aims to raise Rs 45.131 crore. The price band is set at Rs 235-247 per share, with a size of 60 shares. Retail investors need to invest at a minimum of Rs 14,820.
Bidding opened on September 16 and closed today on September 18. The basis for the allocation is likely to be finalized on September 19 and will lower the stock credit account soon after. Euro Pratik Sales shares are scheduled to be listed on BSE and NSE on September 23.

Euro Pratik sells operates in decorative wall panels and laminates in India. For fiscal 25, the company reported revenue of Rs 28.4 crore, up from Rs 22.2 crore a year ago. Net profit rose 21.5% from Rs 63 crore to Rs 77 crore. EBITDA margin is 35.7%, net profit margin is 27%, return on equity is 32.8%, and return on capital is 43.7%.
