Biden-Harris administration is accused of abusing taxpayer funds from funds in protests against Benjamin Netanyahu by October 7.
The House Judiciary Committee recently released a memorandum outlining the allegations and showing a possible money.
“The committee’s oversight shows that the Biden Harris administration has provided grants to groups that contribute directly or indirectly to judicial reform protests aimed at undermining the Israeli government,” the committee wrote in the memorandum.

Netanyahu shared a chart from the memorandum on his X account and condemned “large-scale foreign interventions to replace Israel’s right-wing government.”
Netanyahu wrote in Hebrew: “A formal document released by the U.S. Congress reveals surprising information that confirms what many have long suspected: the former U.S. government has transferred nearly a billion dollars to Israel’s left-wing NGOs to undermine the government’s rule.”

In March, the House Judiciary Committee and Foreign Affairs Committee sent letters to six U.S. and Israeli NGOs asking for “documents related to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) or any grants, cooperation agreements or other awards received by the State Department.” To date, the organizations have produced a total of 380 documents, according to the Judicial Commission’s memorandum.
The six NGOs are Blue White Future (BWF), Israel Quality Government Movement (MQG), PEF Israel Endowment Fund, Jewish Public Fund (JCF), Middle East Peace Dialogue Network (MEPDN), and Rockefeller Charity Consultant.

Former aides said officials of Biden administrators worked to undermine Netanyahu after the ceasefire collapsed.
Before Hamas launched an attack on October 7, Israel was involved in an internal battle over judicial reform measures. This sparked heated debate and widespread protests across the country. The House Judiciary Committee noted that then-President Joe Biden condemned the reform measures and seemed to support the protests.
“Like many strong supporters of Israel, I’m very worried. I’m worried that they are direct. They can’t continue along the way. I’ve got that clear.” Part of the offer also appears in the memo.
The committee claimed that the BWF received funding from NGOs, including some U.S. grant recipients, and provided funding from the coalition headquarters for the protests. In addition, the committee accused Biden-Harris administration of donating $42,000 to MQG for action training in Israeli high schools.

The PEF Israeli Endowment Fund was accused of providing more than $884 million in funding to groups involved in anti-democratic protests. Similarly, the committee said Rockefeller charity consultants “collectively funding the protests” could provide part of their $20 million federal grant. Furthermore, the Commission questioned whether MEPDN violated its 501(c)(3) status “by funding anti-democratic protests.”
Regarding the JCF, the committee claimed that the group contributed $42.8 million to the protest headquarters and two main sponsors of the protest.
