“The Circulation Explorer is a solar-powered aluminum catamaran that was brought to the CCP complex in 2023 with Holcim Philippines, Inc., Philippines. While the ship is able to collect garbage, it is also used to study plastic waste, which helps provide information on marine environmental issues for government policies of the maritime government.
