RFK JR once again claims autism is “worse” than Covid, stressing that he killed “old man”

The claim by Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr makes his autism worse than the one that killed more than 7 million people around the world at the age of 19.

Just two days after highlighted in his previous statement, autism is worse than Covid, as the virus kills “old people”, Kennedy appeared on Fox News on Tuesday night and insists that autism is “19 times more effective than Covid-19 in terms of economic, social, moral impact on our country.”

Earlier this month, Kennedy vowed to reveal the root causes behind the “epidemic” and announced “large-scale testing and research efforts.” For a century, scientists have been working to identify possible or causes of autism, beyond genetic links. Now, the Health Minister promises to get the answer by September.

“I announced we were going to find the cause of autism because I announced we were going to find the cause of autism,” Kennedy told Fox News's Jesse Watters. “This is what President Trump told me on the first day: 'I want to know what caused it in a year.” I announced how we will do it. ”

Two days ago, he claimed that autism “dwarfed the business epidemic and its impact on our country because Kuved killed the elderly.”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that the number of children diagnosed with autism is increasing due to improvements in diagnostic tools rather than because of the so-called “epidemic.”

Since taking office, Kennedy has been spreading misinformation about autism. He made strong criticism in a press conference on April 16, claiming that “autism destroys the family”.

“These kids will never pay taxes. They will never get a job,” Kennedy said last week. “They will never play baseball. They will never write poetry. They will never date. Many of them will never use the toilet.” In fact, countless people with autism live a normal or near-normal life.

Alison Singer, president of the Autism Science Foundation, slammed Kennedy's comments on CNN, saying: “It sounds like the lives of these people are worthless and that's not far from the case.” Rosie O'Donnell's 12-year-old son, who is autistic, also said Kennedy should be “shamed” of himself.

Kennedy once again spread misinformation about the Covid-19 vaccine in the appearance of Fox News on Tuesday night, further deducing the debunked claim that shootings increased child mortality.

“The advice to children is always suspicious, and that's suspicious because children have little risk of COVID-19,” Kennedy said. “Some children, some children with very severe viruses may have a minor risk. Most children do not.”

He asked: “So, when the vaccine itself does have huge risks, why do we give tens of millions of children?”

Kennedy's claim is incorrect. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said the Food and Drug Administration has determined the safety of Covid-19-19 for children and ongoing monitoring shows that this is still the case.
