Alcaraz and Sinner gear up for lucrative South Korean Exo – Tennis Now

A week before the Australian Open, the top two players in the world will face off in South Korea.
No. 1 in the world Carlos Alcaraz and second-placed Jannik Sinner has arrived in South Korea to take part in the lucrative exhibition match that will be held on Saturday, January 10th.
According to reports, the pair will each earn 2 million euros, or approximately $2.33 million. Italian publication La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The game was a rematch of the ATP Finals Championship in Turin, which Sinner won 7-6(4), 7-5.
Overall, Alcaraz leads the series 10-6. The two faced off in three consecutive Grand Slam finals in the Open era.
This exhibition match will be Alcaraz and Sinner’s main preparation for the Australian Open, which starts on January 18.
Sinner is bidding for a third straight AO title and joins Novak Djokovic in becoming just the second man in the Open era to win three consecutive Melbourne titles.
Alcaraz, 22, is seeking to become the youngest man to complete a career Grand Slam at Melbourne Park.
