Four tropical cyclone vortexes may appear in the coming weeks

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomy Services Authority (Pagasa), four tropical cyclone rotations (TCLV) developments are likely to occur in the next two weeks.

In its forecast announcement on the potential for tropical cyclone formation (PAR) within the Philippines’ Area of Responsibility (PAR) said the first two TCLVs could develop between August 15 and 21.

TCLV 1 may form near eastern Luzon and is expected to enter eastern Taiwan, while TCLV 2 may develop at sea in the Western Philippines and is expected to track regions toward Hainan-Vietnam region.

A second TLCV is expected to form between August 22 and 28, where TCLV 3 may appear on the eastern border of the PAR and Tropical Cyclone Consulting Domain (TCAD).

TCV4 is expected to form on the northwest border of PAR and may move towards the Hainan-Vietnam region.

Pagasa has increased the potential for tropical cyclone threats from Friday to next Thursday, as predicted.EDG Adrian A. Eva
