Rafael Nadal and sister visit Rafael Nadal Tennis Center in Hong Kong – Tennis Now

Rafael Nadal Brought his training methods to Asia.
The King of Clay recently visited with his sister Maribel Nadal Hong Kong Rafael Nadal Tennis Centera complex due to be completed in 2022, is part of the International Center network operated by Rafa Nadal Academy at Movistar.
The Rafael Nadal Tennis Center is located on the grounds of the prestigious Hong Kong Golf and Tennis Academy (HKGTA) and was created by a consortium of two entities to provide World Class Tennis Training Suitable for players of all ages and levels. The program run by the center is based on the training methods created by the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca and implemented by coaches trained in Manacor.
During the visit, the King of Clay toured the facilities and inspected seven fast courts (6 outdoor, 1 indoor), clay courts, two indoor mini tennis courts, shops and gyms. He also visited an area dedicated to his career, which included an exhibition featuring replicas of every Grand Slam trophy he won as well as videos and photos of his career.

Former world No. 1 Nadal has visited Nadal Tennis Centers in Kuwait, Mexico and Greece to see first-hand the daily work at the Hong Kong center, talk to coaches and take an interest in the children and adults who train at the facility every day.
The 22-time Grand Slam champion was accompanied by the assistant director of the Rafael Nadal Academy, his sister Maribel Nadal and the academy’s technical director Tomeu Salva. Finally, Rafa chatted with the young players, answered their questions and encouraged them to have fun, work hard and strive for their goals.
The sporting seeds planted in Rafa’s hometown of Manacor have now grown and spread to multiple locations: Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait This training method has been implemented in the heart of the Middle East since 2020, and the Rafael Nadal Tennis Center in the Middle East Mexico, Greece, marbella, Hong Kong and Dominican Republicand the Rafa Nadal Tennis Project Egyptforming an international network that instills Nadal’s values, training methods and philosophy into thousands of tennis players around the world.
