The Nintendo Switch 2 is finally available in the US, but finding it online anywhere is still difficult. The $450 console was officially sold on June 5, and several retailers have since made it available online and in-store. While millions of people have been able to buy so far, online inventory has been greatly exhausted since the launch date. Walmart and Best Buy have restocks, but they haven’t lasted for a long time, which is expected. If you’re a member there, you can grab the bundle at Costco, too, but in the store you’ll probably be better off than working online.
Broadly speaking, this may be the way to go at this point. You might venture into a brick-and-mortar store and then use Switch 2 to go out instead of buying online. If you have local targets, Best Buy, Wal-Mart or GameStop (the list of four official retailers Nintendo on their store page), stop and see if they have stock and you won’t get hurt. Where to buy Nintendo Switch 2
Walmart Switch 2 was recently offered online on June 25, and Walmart+ members got an hour to start. Currently, two Mario Karting World Bundles and standalone consoles are available, but neither are in stock or sold at a higher than normal price (probably a third-party seller). We do not recommend buying the Switch 2 at such a premium, but rather wait for the official restocking. Naturally, the world’s largest retailer also sells the console at its physical locations, although the company notes that the quantity is limited and inventory will vary by location.
Amazon Finally now listed Switch 2: The Switch 2 console costs $450 Mario Kart World Bundle The fee is $500. This is after weeks of the obvious lack of consoles on the retail giant’s website. The June 30 Bloomberg report confirmed what has been widely circulated over the weeks: Nintendo was apparently punished by Amazon for continuing to surface third-party retailers. This punishment seems to be over now, but be aware that both the console itself and the bundle can only get an “invitation” from Amazon, which just means you have to get an official invitation before you get an interest from Amazon, which will allow you to buy the Switch 2.

Target Starting on June 5, at 3:30 a.m. on June 6, the Switch 2 at the store was in the store for at least a few hours. Nintendo will sell many Switch 2 accessories along with the console, from its (expensive) Pro controller to the teller of the new GameChat feature. Most of them will be available on June 5.
