Royal Enfield launches guerrilla Shadow Ash 450: Check Price, Features and Booking Details

Royal Enfield has launched an amazing new color for its guerrilla 450 motorcycle called Shadow Ash at the GRRR Nights X Underground event organized in partnership with Tapaswi Racing.

Priced at Rs 2.49 crore (former showroom), the new shade is equipped with a matte finish with blackened details designed to accentuate the bike’s muscular and aggressive styling.

Bookings for new colors start today and retail in India will start from August 25, 2025.

The launch is part of an adrenaline-filled night that celebrates underground street culture, including resistance, drift and other high octane activities. Royal Enfield’s activities not only highlighted motorcycles but also the lifestyle associated with it, with the goal of attracting the rugged and urban appeal of the guerrilla 450.

Powerful engine, unique tweaks

Under the tank, the guerrilla 450 continues to be powered by the 452cc liquid-cooled Sherpa 450 engine, also found in the Himalayan 450. The single-cylinder engine offers 40 hp at 5,500 rpm at 8,000 rpm with torque of 8,000 rpm and is paired with a 6-speed 6-speed gear box, and is equipped with a 6-speed gear box and a smooth gear box with a sliding mechanical tool. Royal Enfield has specially adapted the engine for the guerrillas to give it a distinctive feature from the compatriot model.

The motorcycle is built on a tubular frame with the engine as a pressure member, supported by a 43mm telescope fork with 140mm stroke and rear single vibration, providing 150mm stroke. The brakes are handled by the front 310mm vent disc and the rear 270mm disc, for safety reasons, dual-channel ABS.

The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and is wrapped in 120/70 R17 (front) and 160/60 R17 (rear) ceat tires.

Technology and connectivity of modern riders

There is now a dash variant of Shadow Ash with a fully digital Tripper Dash console compatible with Google Maps. Other features include line-by-line technology, dual riding mode, hazard lights, LED lighting, and a USB port for charging mobile devices. The lower Tripper Dash variant retains a mix of analog and digital displays, but has many of the same convenience features.

The Guerrilla 450 continues to offer additional color options including blue blue, yellow ribbon, gold dip, Playa Black, Peix Bronze and Smoke Silver, and the new Shadow Ash offers a bold urban flavor to enthusiasts looking to stand out.
