Rules to judge Didi's attempt to block 'Freak Discount' evidence

“It is impossible for the defense to investigate and respond to these new charges in the next two weeks,” the letter of Combs lawyer read, accusing prosecutors of “clearly acknowledging” that “many alleged behaviors” were “consent”, which focused the defense on allegedly condemned events.
The letter continued that the allegations that the prosecutor “can’t have and should have” included the charges in the previous letter. COMBS's legal team asked him to receive an ongoing award to give him “enough time” to respond to new charges.
Meanwhile, prosecutors replied in a letter Friday that the defense had time to respond to findings in the freak claim.

In a lengthy indictment published last year, the “Freak Discount” was described as “elaborate and crafted sexual performances.”
Comers, 55, is currently in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting his trial, which begins with a juror on May 5. The music tycoon was initially arrested in September 2024 for alleged blackmail, sex trafficking and transportation charges.
Didi pleaded not guilty after being arrested but was released on bail. If convicted, he will face life in prison. Prosecutors have previously claimed in the indictment that Didi “abuses, threatens and forces the women and others around him to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation and cover up his behavior.”
“Comb relies on the employees, resources and influence of the multifaceted business empire he leads and controls – creating a criminal enterprise where members and colleagues engage in and attempt to engage in other crimes, sexual trafficking, sexual trafficking, committing labor, kidnapping, arson, arson, arson, bribery, bribery and obstacles,” alleged lawsuits.

Diddy was appointed in dozens of lawsuits he was accused of sexual assault before the trial. His legal team denied all charges against him.
