Alcaraz is excited

Carlos Alcaraz took center stage in Cincinnati on Monday, winning the eighth professional master title that Jannik Sinner was forced to retire because of Illnes.
On Tuesday, believe it or not, he will start his 2025 U.S. Open campaign.
Alcaraz will join forces with Emma Raducanu for the highly anticipated mixed doubles tournament, which will begin Tuesday and end on Wednesday at Flushing Meadows.
The 22-year-old said the schedule was “not the best”, but he still longed for new experiences in New York.
“I think it’s good,” Alkaraz said in Cincinnati on Monday. “I mean, arrange, be honest, play, play tomorrow, it’s not the best.”
Alcaraz said he was excited about the mixture and participated in a brand new event. 16 star-studded teams, he is embracing the concept, which replaces the third set with a tiebreak of four games and a 10-point game.
I just like it. “Alcaraz will face Jack Draper and Jessica Pegula in the first round. I’ll have a lot of fun, play there, play with Emma. It’ll be hard for Draper and Pegula.”
Alcaraz said he was ready to use the game as a preparation for singles. Adapt to court speed and conditions in New York City.
“I’m going to try to enjoy it. I’m going to try to see how it will be the court, the ball, everything,” he said. “I’m going to see it as a very important and good, and it’s a good preparation for me. So I’m going to try to be mine
The best tomorrow, a trip to New York…”
