Sean Diddy’s comb’s ex-girlfriend was supposed to testify against him in his criminal case, but a few days before the trial began, withdrew a letter to the judge and wrote to the judge.

Virginia Huynh, part of the case prosecuted against the comb, was originally anonymously named “Victim 3”. But before the trial began, prosecutors reminded the court when “Victim 3” testified under the subpoena that they had lost contact with her and her attorney and that “she probably won’t show up.”

Now, in their latest attempt to release the comb before the verdict, Combs’ defense includes a letter from “Victim 3”, which is the first time that it’s determined itself by its name. In this letter, Huynh wrote to the judge that she did not think Combs was at risk to the community, he was a determined family man who had “no violence for years.”

Huynh’s letter was included in the defense’s latest application as an exhibition, their reply to the prosecution’s opposition to the opposition who was released before the verdict, which was decided on October 3.

Coms was convicted by a jury last month on two counts of transpiration, charged with prostitution, but was acquitted on a more serious charge, which would put him in prison for decades or life: extortion and trafficking.

In the letter, Huynh said she knew each other for many years both professionally and personally. She admits that her relationship with the shamed tycoon is “not always perfect”, but “he is willing to admit his mistakes and get better”

“By the end of our relationship, he embodies the energy of love, patience and tenderness, which is significantly different from his past actions. As far as I know, he has been without violence for many years and he has been committed to becoming a father,” the letter said. “I write because I don’t think Mr. Coms is a danger to me or the community.”

During the trial, George Kaplan, a former assistant to Combs, testified that he once saw a comb throwing an apple at Huynh at his home in Miami. Cassie Ventura is a star witness in the case and another ex-comb’s ex-girlfriend who dated Gina throughout her 11-year relationship and was unfaithful to her.

CNN has contacted Huynh and the U.S. District Court for comment.

Combs’ defense has asked the court to release him on a $50 million bail. They think he is not a danger to the community, nor is it a flight risk.

Last week, they also filed a motion to acquit him completely or give him a new trial and believed he was unfairly prosecuted under the Mann Act, calling his conviction “unconstitutional.”

“This belief is alone, but shouldn’t stand up at all,” Combs’ attorney Alexandra Shapiro wrote in a 62-page memo.

Other witnesses in the case, including Ventura, had previously written to the judge, begging him to be imprisoned and told the court that they would worry about their safety if he was released before sentence.

Combs showed the jury throughout the trial on many occasions with Ventura, including the hotel surveillance footage in 2016 that beat Ventura, the first released by CNN. In his decision to refuse comb bail immediately after the judgment, the judge listed the violence patterns recognized by Combs.
