In a declaration of the bill obtained by Fox News Digital, Banks explicitly pointed out Soliman, and the hijackers of September 11, 2001, as examples of people with overdue visas.

In particular, Soliman came to the United States two years ago with a work visa for the Department of Homeland Security led by Biden.
“The Boulder Terrorists and 9/11 hijackers did not sneak up on each other,” Banks said in a statement on Fox News’s digits. “It’s equally serious and equally dangerous. My bill is criminally punished at the visa level to stop the threat.”
The latest data from the Department of Homeland Security in fiscal 2023 found that more than 565,000 people had overpriced visas.

In addition to reclassifying those who have visa visas, his legislation would make a visa a criminal offence for misdemeanors, with a sentence of up to six months for first-time offenders, which would increase subsequent offences for up to two years.
This will also increase civil penalties to between $500 and $1,000, and subsequent criminal acts will double. Currently, visa overdue fines start at $50.

Soliman allegedly attacked the “living” group on Sunday, which had conducted peaceful protests, advocating the release of hostages held by Hamas. He allegedly used a Molotov cocktail on the group and injured eight people, ranging in age from 52 to 88. One of the victims was the survivor of the Holocaust.
Since then, Soliman has been charged with federal hate crimes, attempted murder, assault and other charges, assaults, assaults and other charges of what the FBI calls “targeted terrorist attacks.” The allegations against Soliman were combined for a total of 624 years.
