Somerset Alabang Manila has also established a booth that highlights its sustainability efforts in Cora and Eco-Ikot Center, part of its “green and green”. The booth features the Cora Eco-Ikot Centre, an inclusive holistic recycling system that allows the community to exchange clean, dry and isolated recyclables in exchange for various incentives that can be redeemed, such as fresh vegetables, electronic cash and other sustainable items. Recyclables collected from participants and Somerset Alabang Manila during a walk in the pet community were 106.5 kg. At the same time, participants were also given sustainable giveaways, including a paw printing keychain made of chopped plastic, and pet bibs sourced from clean discarded linens.
