Sonos’ spokesperson is known for its high-priced label, but if you’re looking for a more affordable entry point to the ecosystem, you can get a 25% discount on some of the Memorial Day’s portable speaker and speaker bundles. This includes a $113 discount on Sonos Move 2, which reduces the speaker’s price from $449 to $336.
The Sonos Move 2 introduced the original MOVE in 2023, a more expensive follow-up to Sonos’ first “portable” speaker. You can argue about its portability – Mobile 2 makes more sense than what you want to carry with you at hikes, but the speakers can punch holes, allowing you to play music on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. When we initially reviewed it, we liked the Sonos Move 2, but were skeptical of how expensive it was, so this sale helped make it more palatable.

If you’re looking for something more portable and affordable, the Sonos Roam 2 will also be available for $45. Like the MOVE 2, the speaker can be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth outside, while still being able to hook up the larger Sonos sound system on Wi-Fi at home. The Sonos Room 2 also offers some key improvements to the original roaming design, such as new colors and easy-to-understand buttons, while still offering the company’s signature sound profile and 10 hours of battery life.
In addition to two speakers, you can also buy a bunch of speakers and accessories such as Sonos Roaming 2 and Otterbox boxes, or a bunch of multiple speakers. For example, you can get two roaming 2 for $268, or a Sonos Room 2, which moves 2 for $479.
Sonos has had problems over the past year, fixing software issues – the company’s CEO’s resignation has been awful and ill-featured—but the company’s spokesperson still sounds great. Since the ship is mostly on the software side, it’s a good time to sell and see all the fuss.
