Stocks tracked today (June 25): Infosys, BSE, Indigo, V-Mart, Aegis Logistics and more

Share market news, stock tracking: Domestic equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty abandoned many strong intraday growth at a turbulent meeting on Tuesday. Sensex earned 158.3 points or 0.2% at 82,055.1, while Nifty rose 72.5 points, or 0.3%, to 25,044.4.

As market participants await the next session on Dalar Street, here are some stocks to focus on the next trading day on June 25:

Company Action

Opening bells for Wednesday: Goa Motor Company, Aegis Logistics and Quest Capital Markets will be trading at the opening ceremony. Meanwhile, Elitecon International shares will trade stocks.

Vodafone’s idea

The telecom company denied media records indicate that the government is considering remedies related to adjusted gross income.

The boards of the companies are scheduled to meet Wednesday to consider their respective fundraising plans.

TimeX Group India Promoter TimeX Friup Luxury Watches BV uninstalled up to 15% of the company through an offer to sell at Rs 175 per share (OFS), a 33.8% discount to the market price.

Hindalco

The metal mining company will acquire U.S.-based Aluchem through its subsidiary Aditya Holdings for a acquisition cost of Rs 10,750 crore. Aluchem operates in the specialized alumina and alumina products sector, and the acquisition aims to expand Hindalco’s global footprint. The deal is scheduled to be completed in the next 2-4 months.
