Sy Siblings, Razon, Villa Lead 2025 Forbes PHL’s 50 Richest List

According to Forbes Asia, the siblings once again surpassed the Philippines’ 50 wealthiest Forbes list with a net worth of $11.8 billion.
Despite their wealth dropping by $1.2 billion, the heirs of SM Group Empire remain in the top position.
Port and casino tycoon Enrique K. Razon Jr. Jr., International Container Terminal Services Corporation (Inc.) and Bloomberry Resorts Corp., retained second place for $11.5 billion.
Former Senator and property tycoon Manuel B. Villar, Jr. It ranked third with $11 billion in property.

The Que Azcona family took over from the late Mercury Drug Corp. chairman Vivian Q. Azcona, who died in April and was in sixth place for $3.6 billion. The drugstore chain is now led by her son Steven Azcona.
The family of Jaime Zobel de Ayala and group Ayala Corp. are ranked seventh with $3.4 billion.
No. 8 is airline and alcohol giant Lucio C. Tan, whose net worth is $3.2 billion.
Puregold Price Club, Inc. Founder Lucio and Susan Co was listed for $3 billion, while Jollibee Foods Corp. Chairman Tony Tan Caktiong won the top ten for $2.9 billion.
The minimum net worth listed for 2025 is $185 million, up from $170 million in the previous year.
