A 66-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder, linked to the death of the film director and to the missing Rolex Watcher.
Metropolitan police said the suspect was killed Wednesday by Jennifer Abbott, also known as Sarah Steinberg.
Ms. Abbott, 69, found her niece wrapped in a blanket on a bed at her home in north London on June 13.
She last walked on a pet Corgi in Camden, north London on June 10 and had an autopsy, causing her death to be severely traumatized.
At about 6 p.m. on June 13, an ambulance officer was summoned at her home in Mornington Square in Camden, where she was pronounced dead. Her pet Corgi was shut down in the bathroom for three days but survived.

“We just say hello and wave and smile at each other. She used to walk the dog every few days. She keeps her figure, she’s not very social, kind, polite and kind. The dog is fat, chubby, and barks a lot.”
