The company is committed to increasing employee savings adoption

“Financial stress can affect people's physical health, personal relationships and work performance,” said Michelle Rina M. Trinidad, director of human resources at Telus Digital Philippines.

She said Telus Digital’s financial health plan was created based on employee feedback. One of these plans is the Savings Arrangement (SAFE) as a Retirement and Investment Fund, which also provides employees with employer-matched components.

Ms Trinidad told BusinessWorld that the company's goal is to increase Safe's employee adoption rate by 30%.

She added: “Gen Z is a big part of our workforce, so we are constantly reimagining how we can effectively promote our financial programs that really resonate with them…”
