The Galaxy groove of the old puppy and Otto!

We are officially halfway through the second season’s match date and so far, no failures have been made. Last week brought us, but this week is about keeping it light and stupid. However, that’s not to say that the latest two games are walking in the park. The third feature of season 2 and though, you still need a challenge. But when you need a break, there will always be more Blippo+.
Long puppy
I firmly believe Playdate developers are another breed. This console brought me into some of the weirdest games I’ve played in a while, and Long puppy It’s another ridiculous but charming entry typical. Essentially, it’s a game of acquisition. You play the role of a dachshund on an outing with your owner and all you have to do is get the ball they throw. Very simple, right? Normal, even? Of course not.
Each level is a complex obstacle course – platform, underground rooms, rooms that can only open from one side, and so on. A certain time has passed and you will no longer chase the ball alone. A ghost dog with razor crumbs will appear, stealing balls from you and trying to bite your head. But, none of this is a strange thing. The weird thing is how you move and score.
You are not playing with any dachshund Regular Dachshund. Its head can rotate throughout 360 degrees, no matter which way you point out (using a crank) determines which direction you are heading for. Not only does it walk, it can also stretch forward and contract like some extreme tight wolf. There is food on every level, and diet will make the dog’s body grow longer and longer, so it can be more and more. The result is that it looks like aliens wearing a sausage suit and works hard but fails. You may also find some interesting urination as you explore and collect food. Yes, urinate, and also a urinate diary that serves as a record of all the different types of urine you encounter. Clown urinating? Check! Wandering around with cat urinating? Check!
It’s all incredibly stupid. At the end of each level, once you successfully bring the ball back to the owner, you have to have the dog use the crank shit, and the height (feet) of this bin will tell you if you have completed 100% integrity. Apart from the ridiculousness, the mechanics of this game are really fun and bring a unique gaming experience. Initially, it all seems like it will be a cold puzzle platformer, and then the ghost dog appears on everything and releases the chaos. This is very interesting. As they said, I am a big fan of what hell.
Otto’s Galaxy Grooves!
Otto’s Galaxy Grooves! To me, it was both a great and a terrible thing. Great, this is a really cool action for the rhythm game recipe with a cute story and some fun tunes. It’s so scary because it triggers my perfectionism in the exact gameplay Guitar Hero Once, trapped me in the loop of each song until I hit every note to get a perfect final result. There is a lot of screaming involved. I may not be a strict completionist in some games, but the rhythm game just makes a difference to me and I can’t rest until I see 100% of it all.
exist Otto’s Galaxy Grooves!those lovely “” Sea Slugs, called Otto, have been sent to explore the Galaxy’s mission and find inspiration for alien music producer Tomie. Otto stops on several different planets, chats with quirky characters and hears their songs, and you play with them.
Now, this game has three difficult settings, but if I’m honest, none of them are particularly easy. Casual is the lowest, which is said to be a “gentle introduction”, but in my first two or three attempts, even the songs that kept up with the tutorial were not that gentle. I can’t even understand what a recital on the extreme would look like. This rhythm game requires not only clicking the button at the exact right time, as the notes cross the specified threshold – here the threshold is the moving, elliptical slider you use the crank control. So you need to put the oval into the correct position and Click on the note at the exact time when contacting. Finding the best location is also tricky. I first thought the notes needed to be in the dead center of the oval, but the goal was actually somewhere before that. However, one released after that seems to solve this problem, which makes time more intuitive.
The songs made for this game are fun and spanning different genres, so you don’t feel like you’re listening to the same thing over and over (unless you’re actually playing the same song over and over again, like my vain pursuit of perfection). Earlier, you’ll come across a fish with a blue case (his “girl” breaks up with him), and I really like his heartbreaking anthem. In the menu, under the Jukebox tab, you can also find songs from other game dates A resonant story and bloomthis is a very good feeling.
This is another game date game where the central story of your use of crank scrolling through the comics, I’m still a fan of this approach. Although it doesn’t look like it from an outsider’s perspective (my partner checked me multiple times: all screaming to make sure everything is OK, especially after the game crash and I lost all the initial progress) I love it Otto’s Galaxy Grooves! A lot…just feel masochistic in some way.
