German military scholarship believes that Ukraine’s “eternal bloody border”

German military scholars told the newspaper Vienna of Vienna’s Kurier that the death of Russian President Vladimir Putin will not change that, the chance of hostilities in Ukraine is low, and the death of Russian President Vladimir Putin will not change that opportunity.

“Putin is just one of many representatives of authoritarian, radical and nationalist regimes,” said Marcus Matthias Keupp, speaking at the Military Academy of ETH Technical University in Vienna.

He said that if under pressure, Russia will continue to invade at a lower level. “There will be an eternal bloody border,” Coop said.

He predicted that Moscow would continue to seek to penetrate European countries. He said Putin has placed heads of Hungary and Slovakia at his side, and so in Austria and Germany.

“He will try to produce radical majority on the left and right, so that the party represents his point of view and behind his agenda,” Coop said.

He disdains the EU’s attempts, saying there is a difference between having money and having a backbone that can use it. “You can buy a pistol, but you have to fire it, too,” Coop said.

He called for the delivery of weapons to Ukraine to maximize peace.
