George Wendt cheers honor after his death on the performance anniversary

actor cheers Salute to Costar George Winter The actor passed away the same day as the show's finale anniversary.
Winter's family confirms US Weekly On Tuesday, May 20, the actor died peacefully during his sleep at home. He was 76 years old at the time. “George is a playful family, a popular friend, and someone whom all those lucky people know him,” said the family representative. “He will always miss it.”
Winter's death also corresponds to the 32nd anniversary cheers' The series finale aired on NBC. During the 11 season run of the show, Wendt was nominated for six Emmys and became a fan favorite, becoming everyone named Norm, beer drinker, and attending the Boston Bar every day.

Ted Danson
Danson, who plays Sam Malone, tells us On Tuesday, he was “depressed to hear that George was no longer with us.” The actor added: “I send all my love to [his wife] Bernadette and the children. ”
He admitted: “It took me a long time to get used to it. I love you, George.”
John Latzenberg
Ratzenberger, who plays Cliff Clavin, told the media that he was “heartbroken to hear the death of my friend George Wendt”.
He recalled working with Winter for 11 years, sharing “laughs and front seats from one of the most popular friendships with TV.” Ratzenberger flocked to say: “George brought Norm to life with a subtle glow – this one looks easy. That was his gift.”
Latzenberg continued: “He is a real craftsman – modest, funny and heart-filled. What you see on the screen is exactly what he sees on the screen, which is his impeccable comedy timing, loyalty to the people he loves. I will miss our conversation and quiet moments of friendship, which means it is the most important.”
He concluded by sending love to Winter's family: “His idea is with his wife Bernardet, their children, and everyone who loves him.”

After starring in an episode in 1989 cheersCramer still remembers Windert's scene. “It’s hard to hear his death…first in George Wendt cheers …One of the most passionate, funniest guys I’ve ever met,” Kramer wrote via Instagram. “Welcome him to be his star, and it’s incredibly the rehearsal (and when the camera rolls). ”
He recalled Wendt being “the first person to make sure I had a beer in my hands late at night.” Cramer continued: “We shared a job history with Calgary Stampeders and exchanged many stories in a week…cheering, indeed…thanks so much for the laughter and education…tearing.”
