Polycab block transaction buzz

Zee Business Research said the company will trade for a block of Rs 888 crore, in which the promoters could discount 1.2 million shares at a discount of Rs 7,300, marking a 3.1% discount on the market price.

Glenmark Pharma

Glenmark Specialty SA, a subsidiary of the drug manufacturer, has signed an exclusive licensing and partnership agreement with Hengrui Pharma for Trastuzumab Rezetecan (SHR-A1811), a cancer treatment medicine.

Sources told Zee Business that HAL and BEL have received a deal of Rs 64 billion from the IAF.

American drug modulators have temporary approval for Lupin’s universal biktarvy tablets.

The transaction is estimated to be worth Rs 33.5 crore.

The company will invest Rs 3 billion through rights to its subsidiary Waaree Storage Solutions.

Radico Khaitan and Piccadilily Agro

Piccadily Agro won a lawsuit against Radico Khaitan on trademark-related issues.

Radico’s brand name “Kashmyr” was found to be similar to Piccadily’s registered brands “Cashmir” and “Cashmere”.

This temporary order restricts Radico to the manufacture, sale or advertising of wine under “Kashmyr” until final judgment.
