Tomas Machac has moved up 11 spots to No. 24 in the PIF ATP Rankings.

The ATP Tour season continues with the ATP 250 events in Adelaide and Auckland. Tomas Machac lifted the trophy at the Adelaide International and climbed up the PIF ATP rankings, while Jakub Mensik claimed victory at the ASB Classic in New Zealand. ATPTour.com takes a look at this week’s movers in the PIF ATP Rankings as of Monday, January 19th.

24 Thomas Machak, +11
Machak moved back into the top 25 after winning his second Tour-level title in Adelaide. The 25-year-old defeated Tommy Paul and Ugo Humbert in three sets to claim the trophy. In an outstanding week in the history of Czech tennis, world number 17 Mencic won the Auckland title, the first time since Ivan Lendl and Thomas Smid in 1982 that two Czech men have won a tour-level title in the same week.

33 Ugo Humbert, +3
The Frenchman has moved up three spots to No. 33 after reaching his 11th Tour final in Adelaide. Humbert defeated Terrence Altman, Talon Grikspur, Alexander Shevchenko and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina before losing to Machak. According to Infosys ATP statistics, the 27-year-old has a 7-4 record in championship matches.

No. 47 Fabian Marozsan, +5
Marossan returns to the top 50 after a strong performance in the semifinals in Auckland. The Hungarian athlete defeated defending champion Gael Monfils and second seed Kaspar Ruud in the 250m event. Marossan also won his first-round match at the Australian Open on Monday to take a 2-0 lead over Rudd in the Lexus ATP Head2Head Series.

The American continued his good start to the season in Auckland and reached his second consecutive semi-final. Geelong also reached the semi-finals in Hong Kong but failed to reach the quarter-finals at tour level in 2025.
