Anne Burrell fell into cardiac arrest before death, 911 caller says

“I met @greenladyofbrooklyn nearby today!!” she wrote via Instagram earlier this month. “I won’t lie. I’ve been following her all the time. I might or might not walk on the street for a minute. She’s cute!
