The low pressure area (LPA) monitored by the State Weather Bureau has developed into a tropical depression of Islam and landed on Casiguran in Aurora.
According to the Philippine atmosphere, the Geophysical and Astronomy Services Authority (Pagasa) Tropical Cyclone Announcement (Pagasa) this year, Isang, located near Casiguran, Aurora, moved westward at 15 km/hr.
The maximum sustained wind in tropical depression is 55 km/hr, with a gust of up to 90 km/hr.
