UFC legend BJ BJ BJ reportedly arrested for the third time in 6 days

UFC Hall of Fame BJ Penn was reportedly arrested again in his hometown of Hawaii on Friday, with his family murdered and replaced by impostors. This is the third arrest in Pennsylvania within a six-day range.

Pennsylvania’s latest arrest was due to a report by MMA Fighting, the result of a breach of his bail agreement for the first two districts’ UFC champions. Payne was arrested on Sunday before again on Monday, both times for abuse of family or family members. Pennsylvania’s latest arrest was released on bail again.

Hawaiian news media KHON2 reported that Pennsylvania failed to successfully claim that he missed the court due to illness with Covid. Pennsylvania’s request for a recall of its warrant was also denied.

Pennsylvania mother, Lorraine Shin, 79, has filed temporary restraining orders against her son in the past week. According to MMA Fighting, Judge Jeffrey Ng approved the order, which will be active for at least 180 days. Pennsylvania is expected to hold a hearing on the matter in court on June 10 and must maintain at least 100 feet from its mother. He is not allowed to contact Shin when the temporary order is in place. Violation of the judge’s terms can lead to misdemeanor and potential jail time.

According to court documents obtained by MMA Fighting, Shin claimed she suffered “extreme psychological abuse” at the hands of her son, and Penn accused her of being an impostor who “killed his family” and assumed her mother’s identity. Shin told Hawaii court that she believes her son has Capgras syndrome, a rare psychological disorder that often leads to people mistakenly believing that those close to each other are people disguised as family or friends.

Although there is no known cause, brain damage and neurodegenerative diseases are believed to be one of the potential mitigating factors, as well as schizophrenia or other mental health conditions.

“I believe in my son [B.J. Penn] Suffering from Capgras paranoia syndrome [a psychiatric disorder in which a person holds a delusion that a friend, spouse, parent, other close family member has been replaced by an identical imposter]Shen wrote in a statement provided to the authorities. “He thought I was an impostor and killed his family to control the family’s assets.”

She accused Pennsylvania of unsettling patterns of behavior at Shin’s request. Shin said after returning from her trip earlier this month, she noticed many of her belongings “such as clothes, shoes, jewelry, personal belongings” and even her bed was removed from the bedroom. She said that after Peng En denied taking the items, Shin filed a police report and a few days later, her wallet “driver’s license, credit card and my security lock” were also stolen.

Shin said she then placed security cameras inside and outside the home, while also installing a lock lock on the bedroom door. According to Shin, Penn fell down or tampered with the camera, “and put glue into my dead bolts, preventing me from opening the bedroom door.”

Shin claimed Penn then stole her email and actively glittered flashlights when face-to-face on the evening of May 25. To prevent her from calling the police, Shin claimed that Payne “grabbed my arm and pushed me into the four-door gray sedan and felt pain in my back,” causing her to scream Pennsylvania’s younger brother Reagan to help. Penn was eventually arrested and ordered to stay away from her mother’s home for 48 hours, but Shin claimed she caught Penn the next day and broke into her home again. As a result, Pennsylvania was again arrested for violating police orders.

Pennsylvania has posted multiple posts on social media in recent months, accusing his family of murder and replaced by impostors. A video released on May 17 shows Penn quarreling with a woman who appears to be Shin, accusing her of being an “identity thief” and not actually his mother.

Pennsylvania last fought in the UFC in May 2019, when it lost for the seventh straight time. He was later released by the UFC after he played a video of Pennsylvania during a street fight outside a Hawaiian bar.

“He won’t fight again. That’s it. It’s not that that’s the last straw. I don’t love him to continue fighting. But when you and me, when you and me, he and I call me on the phone to call me another competition, begging him to ask for help for his life, but rather to make me willing, but willing to make me willing. He’s together before he thinks to fight again.”
