“Production of specialty cakes in Laguna Province” began with graduate studies, analyzing the demand and supply of local fruit-made cakes. It was later developed into a business concept and became a spin-off project of the Ministry of Science and Technology LSPU-ATBI (Laguna State Polytechnic University-Agri-Agagri-Agagri-Agagri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator).
Anjel Bread and Pastry Shop aims to promote Laguna’s agricultural heritage by using native Filipino fruits such as Bignay (Antidesma Bunius) and Lipote (Syzygium polycephaloides), while providing innovative cake varieties.
