Kelly’s family told the sheriff’s department they were worried about her mental health, the report shows. The official suggested Kelly was sentenced to jail until she saw a mental health professional.
An emergency hearing was held this week on Scott and Kelly’s divorce plan. Kelley hasn’t spoken out since his release from prison.
Kelley and Scott, who share three children, announced their breakup in June. He currently has custody of the children.
