Welcome to Lydia Plath in Plathville talks about modesty as a kid

Lydia Plath Revealing the “unimportant point” is moderate dressing when growing up – but the girls do shy away from too much skin.

“Yes, we mostly wear skirts and gowns,” Lydia, 21, said in the “Jinger & Jeremy” podcast on Wednesday, September 10.

this Welcome to Plathville Star explained: “The best way I can describe is that when we were kids, my mom just went to us because the 5-year-old doesn’t shop for themselves most of the time.

Lydia points out her mother, Kim Plathnot always wearing a skirt or a dress. “My mom can wear pants, but that’s never going to exceed the limit,” she said.

She further explained: “When I was 13 years old, 14 years old, [I] Start picking my own clothes and stuff”, shorts are not a taboo.

Lydia added that as she “grows up and looks for” her own “style”, she has a “stage” that she doesn’t know how to assimilate.

“I felt uncomfortable with certain things, like clothes that are too gorgeous or short shorts,” she recalls. “It took a long time to find my style.”

Lydia noted that while it took some time to find something that looked good to her, “it’s not a mindset I have to change.”

Lydia grew up in a religious family with her eight siblings – Esan,,,,, Hosanna,,,,, Mika,,,,, Moria,,,,, amber,,,,, Isaac,,,,, mercy and Cassia – Have conservative values. Lydia confirmed Wednesday that she does not have the “IBLP” that represents the basic living principles for the same as other reality TV family Duggars.

She explained that there were some similarities between the two families, including their sheltered upbringing, but her parents said, “The Lord took us to homeschool.”

“This is not [they said]“This is the Bible,” Lydia added. “This is what is outside of us, we are not outside of God’s will. ”
