According to the Infosys ATP Win-Loss Index, Carlos Alcaraz holds a 15-2 record in Madrid.

Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic are all on the roster for the Mutua Madrid Open, the fourth ATP Masters 1000 event of the season.

The clay-court event will take place from April 22 to May 3 and will feature all the top 10 players in the PIF ATP rankings. Caspar Ruud is the defending ATP Masters 1000 champion, having won the biggest trophy of his career at the 2025 event.

World No. 1 Alcaraz is a two-time winner on home soil in Madrid, while Sinner is a two-time Masters 1000 finalist. Djokovic has won the title three times, last lifting the trophy in 2019.

Former champions Alexander Zverev and Andrei Rublev were also on hand. Former Next Generation ATP Finals champions Learner Tien and Joao Fonseca will also compete.
