It was a joy for the Netherlands to work with the filmmakers, the job he watched when he grew up. In a recent GQ interview, he called production “a lifelong work. Matt Damon and Anne Hathaway have always been my heroes. [and] Being friends with them, I can’t ask for better. I am proud of the work I have done. This is my best experience in the movie, and I think this movie will be different from anything we’ve ever seen. ”
Holland, along with his ribs, appreciates Nolan and his long-time producer (and wife) Emma Thomas. “I’ve never met someone who can work the way I do, and that’s the best reason for that is certainly the best in the business,” he continued. “To get the front seats for this and be part of the process and working with the real masters of his craftsman and learning from him is the best experience I’ve ever had. […] I come to work every day with a real sense of purpose and a point of view to prove, and I am very grateful to Chris for giving me this opportunity. ”
