Brand Ambassador Marta Kostyuk Celebrating entering the electrical indigo.
“The Ultra V5 is built for senior athlete intermediates,” Wilson said in a statement. “The Ultra V5 unleashes a wider shooting potential, making it the widest Ultra racket ever Wilson.
“At Wilson, we are interested in innovating with direct feedback,” said Jason Collins, global general manager of Wilson Racket Sports. “The demand for players today is evolving, and with the Ultra V5, we are delivering the next generation of explosive power and accuracy.”
To celebrate the launch, Wilson also debuted his first performance look, inspired by the racket. Marta Kostyuk will be the first to showcase the full Ultra V5 look, including the headlines and the Intigue Tennis Shoe, an iconic electrical indigo color scheme designed to mirror the rackets.
“It’s not just a franchise release,” Collins said. “It’s a statement that we continue to work on equipping athletes with top-notch gear so that they can perform from head to toe to capability.”
Wilson constantly reimagines super rackets to meet the needs of the game’s radical pace and dynamic style. Ultra V5 introduces a range of performance-driven upgrades, including:
SI3D™ Framework Technology: Wilson’s proprietary innovation combines first-class stability with improved flexibility to create a unique feel that enhances strength, rotation and control.
Consistent specification control: Tightening weight and balance improve swing consistency from racket to racket.
“Click & Go” bumper and grommet system: easy to replace durability and excellent fit. These components, Arkema-based Agiplast, is a plant-based material, also reflects Wilson’s commitment to reducing environmental impacts.
Electric Indigo Colorway: Ultra V5 was bold and clear in court, even making a statement before its first attack.
Many of Wilson’s top athletes will recognize Theultra V5, including Alex de Minaur, Qinwen Zheng, Maria Sakkari and Marta Kostyuk.
“Wilson has always supported my growth as a player,” said Alex de Minaur, currently ranked 12th on the ATP Tour. “The new Ultra V5 gives me a whole new confidence in court – power and accuracy on another level.”
