Jovic is in the top 50 now – Tennis Now

Iva Jovic, 17, won her debut WTA title by winning Dream Week in Guadalajara on Sunday, 6-4, 6-1. The Southern California native, ranked 293rd during this period last year, ranked 36th in the top 50 for the first time.

Jovic, from Torrance, California, is now the seventh-ranked American and ten of the top 50.
