Tommy Vietor, co-host of the “Pod Save America” and former Obama spokesman, said he hopes for a “complete way of thinking” in his military support for Israel on Tuesday.

Despite Vietnam’s emphasis on Hamas’ “evil terrorism” against Israel, he, along with his podcast host, believed that Israel had committed a crime to “making” the people of Gaza “deprived” the people of the people. As a result, Vietor said any Democratic presidential candidate needs a movement to end federal aid to the country.

“What I want to see is that the Democrats are calling for at least a cut off military aid to Israel. By the way, this is a wealthy country. They don’t need us $3 billion a year,” Vietor said.

He acknowledged that former President Barack Obama had previously signed a deal to provide aid to Israel during his tenure, but believed that Democrats should take the opportunity to “correct it.”

“I want to see the talk about Israeli government officials using genocide rhetoric or talking publicly about ethnic cleansing. We should support the UN’s ceasefire solution. We should ask that international press allow international news reports on what happened without IDF.

He continued: “I also think that the Democrats must have a complete way of thinking. We will not return to the status quo on October 7 when the war is over, Because this is not where the party is. This is not where the world is. We won’t shovel billions of dollars in military aid every year. We will not veto an effort to recognize the Palestinian state at the United Nations. We shouldn’t take money from AIPAC. ”

“I will provide better political leadership for the United States and Israel, but we must also recognize that Biden-bibi-netanyahu strategy in the Biden-era era must be thrown in the trash can to f— in for for-ing.”

Former Obama speaker Jon Lovett agreed that the Democrats must make a “transformation” that includes “increasing pressure on Israel.” Obama aide Jon Favreau also said it would cut off military aid “at least” what the U.S. can do after the action.

Although Lovett and Vietor say Democrats need to slam Israel, several Democratic lawmakers have publicly attacked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel’s actions in the ongoing war with Hamas.
