VMS TMT IPO stock at a premium of 6% above the issue price

VMS TMT list: VMS TMT stock debuted in the listing space at a decent premium on Wednesday. The stock opened at Rs 105 with BSE’s trading shares and Rs 104.90 in NSE, with a premium of about 6.06% and a 5.90% issue price.

The issue was subscribed 10.227 times, totaling 12.578 billion shares, while 1.223 billion shares. The total subscription includes qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), who bid for 21.74 billion shares, while retained 1.8 million shares (120.80 times).

Non-institutional investors (NIIS) subscribed to 68.12 billion shares of allocated 3 million shares (227.09 times), while Retail Individual Investors (RIIS) bid 3.591 billion shares (47.89 times).

VMS TMT IPO is a book-built Rs 1485 crore, completely made of a brand new offering of 1,50,000 shares with a face value of Rs 10 per share. The IPO price band is set at Rs 94 to Rs 99 per share, with a minimum order quantity of 150 shares, requiring retail investors to invest at Rs 14,850.

Company information:
VMS TMT Limited is a manufacturer of Thermo Mechanical Processing (TMT) strips based on Gujarat. The company uses waste in a 30-ton inductor furnace with CCM to produce rolling plants. VMS TMT sells its products under the “Kamdhenu NXT” brand under the “Kamdhenu NXT” brand through a retail license agreement with Kamdhenu Limited.
In FY25, the company’s revenue was Rs 770.19 crore, down 11.77% from Rs 872.96 crore in FY24. However, the company’s after-tax profit (PAT) increased to 14% from Rs 13.47 crore in FY24 to Rs 154.2 crore in FY25. In the first quarter, VMS TMT reported revenue of Rs 21.226 crore and net profit of Rs 858 crore.
